Pricing

Our volume of sales allows us to offer these distinguished blueprints at a fraction of the cost it would take to develop them. Normal prices for custom designs will cost thousands of dollars, representing from 5% to 10% of the total cost of construction. For example, design costs for a home which costs $200,000 could average between $10,000 and $30,000. The money you save could allow you to add such niceties as a swimming pool, outdoor deck, luxurious master suite, beautiful kitchen or other similar extras.

Our house plans are based on the size of the home and number of sets ordered.

$495.00 (plus applicable taxes) - Home up to 1,000 square feet
$595.00 (plus applicable taxes) - Home from 1,001 - 2,000 square feet
$695.00 (plus applicable taxes) - Home 2,000 square feet or over
